We are currently building our class schedule and will offer more and more group classes as the time goes by. If you are a party of 3-5 people and have a particular time that would fit for your group, let us know as we most likely would be able to add that time on to our schedule as a regular class. We are planning
on expanding our class schedule a lot in the near future!

Our Personal trainer Matt is very passionate about health and will do everything he can to get you into the best shape ever, making sure you'll hit your fitness goals.
Depending on your needs your sessions might include strength training, cardio, balance

Here we customize a package perfect for your own body and in order to reach your health goals. It can be a combination of Pilates, Personal Training and Nutrition as we believe that a mixture is the best way to go if you want to achieve your goals.
