Class Schedule
We are currently building our class schedule and will offer more and more group classes as the time goes by. If you are a party of 3-5 people and have a particular time that would fit for your group, let us know as we most likely would be able to add that time on to our schedule as a regular class. We are planning
on expanding our class schedule a lot in the near future!

Pilates Instructor
I found Pilates in 2016 and absolutely loved it! I have had lots of injuries, aches and pains from playing competitive sports and collegiate volleyball. For a long time I was looking for something that would help strengthen and heal my body and was so happy when I found Pilates as it did just that. I was encouraged to start the training program to become a certified instructor.
I am so glad I took that advice as it has helped heal my own body as well as my students,
which has been so rewarding!
I have been an Esthetician for 21 years helping people feel happy, healthy, and good about themselves. I plan to do the same with Pilates!
I have 2 amazing daughters, one that is in high school and one in college. Always keeping me busy and on my toes. On occasion I have some down time and I like to paddle board, find beautiful hiking trails, going to the beach and just relaxing by my pool

Kelli McElravy
Pilates Intructor
Kelli became a certified Pilates instructor in 2017 through Peak Pilates. She began teaching at The Pilates Twist in Folsom that same year and was also an instructor at the Folsom Lifetime Athletic club. She remained a popular teacher at Twist until it’s closing this past October. Kelli has an extensive dance background and was a professional choreographer for 10 years prior to finding and falling in love with Pilates. She describes her style as classical with an athletic spin. She is excited to join our team.

Melissa Pruden
Pilates Intructor
I have been teaching Pilates since 2016 and am also a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and barre instructor trained in the Dailey Method. I have a degree in International Communications and spent 12 years at Intel as an IT Business Analyst. I have done gymnastics, soccer, half-marathons, and triathlons but I have come to love the mindful movement of Pilates and yoga. My training is through Pilates Sports Center with continuing education through Balanced Body. I enjoy blending classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire and my classes will help you move and feel better. When not in the studio, I am out having fun around Folsom with my husband, two daughters, and giant sheepadoodle!
