Class Schedule

We are currently building our class schedule and will offer more and more group classes as the time goes by. If you are a party of 3-4 people and have a particular time that would fit for your group, let us know as we might be able to add that time on to our schedule as a regular class. 

As of right now we are offering these weekly group classes
(with a maximum of 5 people per class)

Mondays:

12:00pm - Barre/Pilates Combo - Jillian Barrow

1:00 pm Pilates – Jillian Barrow

5:30 pm - Adrienne Paler

6:30 pm – Adrienne Paler

 

Tuesdays:

6:30am Pilates – Amanda Salyer

9:00am Pilates - Matt Salyer

10:00am Pilates – Matt Salyer

6:30pm Pilates – Amanda Salyer

 

Wednesdays:

9:00am Pilates – Melissa Pruden

10:00am Barre/Pilates Combo - Melissa Pruden

1:00am Pilates – Amanda Salyer

4:00pm Pilates – Matt
